    Now that more and more governments adopts ODF, Denmark lately, what happened to MS was forced to support ODF, and they made an ODF format that only they could read and write?

    Did EU have to accept that, or is the ODF case against MS still active?

    Because it would be pretty bad, if governments started using MSODF and not ODF.

    You are thinking about Microsoft and their OOXML spec, which, while XML, was not a variant of ODF. Several of us have written thousands of words on that whole business. Just look for OOXML in a search engine.
