After a hard fought campaign, evidently my wife Judith did not succeed in capturing the NY Assembly seat she was after. To paraphrase Tennyson: Tis better to have run and lost than never have run at all. Thanks to all of you for your good wishes throughout this effort.

A very good try none the less. Next time?
There’s always another day, another election coming up.
Have a small celebration of the completion of one business, regroup, plan your strategy for 4 years’ time.
Like Microsoft and IBM, really.
Sorry to hear that.
Please always remember that the fact that you wife put put herself up for election means she is one level better than all the moaners (including me) who known only how to complain when things go wrong but will not do any thing about to help the community.
Apart from the dissappointment of not wining a seat, I hope you had a good time compaigning.
Sorry to hear about the results, but wanted to agree with the others: Good job for trying, and we need more people involved, win, lose or draw.
