ODF is starting to take hold in Argentina

We have word from Argentina that ODF has been adopted by the Government of Misiones (a province in the north-east of Argentina):

En consecuencia, se adoptan los siguientes formatos para documentos electr�nicos ofim�ticos:
* El formato OpenDocument para los documentos que el receptor eventualmente deba modificar el contenido.
* El formato PDF/A para los documentos que sean de difusi�n y que el receptor s�lo requiera acceso de lectura.�

Or, in translation to English:

Consequently, the following formats will be adopted for electronic documents:
* ODF for documentation which content shall be edited/modified by the receptor.
* PDF/A for those documents of public circulation and read-only access.
