Great radio station.

While I have not tried Glide, in my estimation, ThinkFree is basically unusable for any serious purpose. This has been especially true with their Java-powered version, but the stripped-down AJAX version has many of the same flaws: Document permissions problems often prevent creation of documents or editing a newly-created document. Attempting to reopen a document produces an error message about “this document has not yet been converted to HTML.”
Although Microsoft legacy binary formats are supported, the format of the present and future, ODF, is not. Opening a file created and edited in ThinkFree with an office program (e.g., OpenOffice Writer or Microsoft Word) produces distortions reminiscent of a bad OCR job.
Finally, the Java interface, at least, is ponderously slow to perform even the smallest tasks.
On the other hand, Zoho and GDocs are deserving of the attention they have gotten. They are lightweight and responsive. Limited, to be sure, but what they support tends to be done well.
