I've put the books in roughly the order I think you should read them, though your opinion may be different.

• The Success of Open Source by Steven Weber
• Open Sources 2.0 : The Continuing Evolution edited by Chris DiBona, Mark Stone, Danese Cooper
  A sometimes eclectic collection of articles covering a broad range of experiences with open source projects, both large and small. Since it is a collection, you can pick and choose what you want to read rather than reading linearly from start to finish.
• Producing Open Source Software : How to Run a Successful Free Software Project by Karl Fogel [free PDF]
• Open Sources: Voices from the Open Source Revolution
  From early 1999 and in many ways Volume 1 of Open Sources 2.0 : The Continuing Evolution.
• The Cathedral & the Bazaar : Musings on Linux and Open Source by an Accidental Revolutionary by Eric S. Raymond
  Probably the classic in the field when it comes to philosophy and motivation for free and open source software.
• Open Source Licensing : Software Freedom and Intellectual Property Law by Lawrence Rosen
